We love collaborating with experts and regularly have guest partners opening the session with wellness coaching. This ranges from Yoga Instruction, Body Alignment Experts, Sound Baths, Motivational Speakers & more. Details will be revealed for each session in the booking link.

We follow the same ethos as the Wim Hof method and each event includes a Breathwork Session lasting approximately 20 minutes followed by cold water therapy in an individual Ice Bath with 1-2-1 coaching in our stunning private woodland surrounded by nature and tiki torches. 

Eclosion is very much focused on wellness coaching and community. You will meet a network of like minded people and get the chance to socialise around the various activities at each event. We have a complimentary rotating menu and breaking bread with others is all very much a part of the experience.
